The company was founded by John Marshall

After obtaining his business degree, John started his career with Procter & Gamble. While there he received excellent training. He initially thought that all companies trained their people this extensively. Most don't.

He knew someday he would change that and this idea would eventually lead to starting his company. Before Results Driven was launched, it was carefully designed from years of experience helping businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Canada, the U.S., Europe and the U.K.

The goal of Results Driven has always been simple – help entrepreneurs achieve greater results.

The Program he carefully designed is his passion.

He's enthusiastic about the Program and how it helps entrepreneurs. His energy, drive and creativity are always focused on helping others succeed.

He's been known to give business owners on planes, in their stores, or at café's, creative ideas to help them achieve greater success. Many of these individuals are often initially surprised when someone wants to help them, but very soon it becomes apparent to them that John is very passionate about his desire to see entrepreneurs succeed.

John's entrepreneurial career started early. He was delivering newspapers when he was 9 years old.

He's always dreamed big and set big goals. After university he wanted to expand his entrepreneurial experience. He decided he wanted to see as much of the world as he could in 5 years. To finance his dream he became an International Tour Director leading coach tours through Europe, Scandinavia and The Soviet Union. When the tour season was finished each year, he would do personal travelling. This allowed him to go to The Middle East, Africa, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

During this 5 year journey, he met entrepreneurs from all over the world. He had many exciting, fascinating and dynamic conversations and experiences. He also heard stories of entrepreneur's struggles and challenges in capturing new opportunities. This international entrepreneur experience and education reinforced his idea to one day design a Program to help entrepreneurs succeed.

The seeds of the Results Driven Program began years ago as he travelled throughout the world, and today The Program is reality.

The Results Driven Program has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs accelerate their growth while significantly increasing their free time.

When the Results Driven Program is not being delivered to entrepreneurs across North America, you might see John giving speeches at various Chambers of Commerce, Boards of Trade, and Association events or even at local colleges.

Today, Results Driven is located on the west coast. There are plans, however, for Results Driven offices across North America and eventually in the U.K. and Australia.
