Results Driven was started because the founder, John Marshall saw so many entrepreneurs struggle. They worked hard, they had great products and services, but too many weren't getting the results they deserved.

To help their business, many of these entrepreneurs took initiative. They bought business books. They attended 1 day seminars. The purchased CD's on various business topics. These tools helped, but the momentum was short lived.

All too soon, these same entrepreneurs were back to the same issues and challenges. The entrepreneurs knew they had success inside of them, but it wasn't being realized.

The Results Driven Program was designed with one simple goal - help entrepreneurs achieve greater results.

The Program was not a quick fix - one day seminar, home study course or CD set. Quick fixes don't work. The Program was designed to help entrepreneurs have sustainable, long term success. It would help entrepreneurs' build their skills, improve their mind set, deepen client relationships, maximize their uniqueness, develop revenue more effectively, develop new habits and gain more creativity and focus.

The Program would be a powerful training combination of group and one-on-one coaching. This is the most effective way to accelerate growth.

Participants would be other entrepreneurs. Not just any entrepreneurs – but passionate, committed entrepreneurs that want a bigger and better future. When these entrepreneurs meet every quarter, the ideas and the energy in the room would be positive, as well as, powerful.

Outside the workshops, these entrepreneurs would be supported in other ways. They would receive one-on-one coaching, bi-monthly teleconferences and assigned a 'success partner' who is a fellow entrepreneur and a member of the Program.

Today that Program is reality. The Program has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs from over 22 different industries accelerate and manage their growth while creating more free time.
