• What results can I expect from the Program?

  • Typical results from members in the Program are a double digit increase in: revenue, productivity and effectiveness. Additionally, participants experience significantly more free time.

    In addition to quantifiable results, members feel more in control of the future of their business. They feel excited. They are now capitalizing on new opportunities. They are enjoying their business much more.

    The results of course, are different for each entrepreneur. Regardless of the individual, however, significant results occur because of the design of the Program. The Program isn't a 1 day seminar. It's not a home study course with a workbook and CD's.

    The Program has been designed to make you accountable - to make you responsible. It's been created to help you take consistent action. The new Success Strategies you learn will also help you grow and be more effective into the future.

• What happens in the Quarterly Workshop?

  • Once a quarter we meet for a full day workshop. The Program is from 9am – 5pm. Most members arrive about 8:30 to catch up with each other. After the Program concludes, many people continue to socialize with other members of the group. That, however, is optional.

    We start the workshop by sharing the agenda for the day, and give a brief overview.

    Then members share their updates since their last workshop. They share their wins, accomplishments, and even their challenges. The group then breaks into smaller groups to review their specific progress from the last quarter, and how it ties into their 3 year and 1 year vision. Then they set their next quarter's goals, objectives and vision.

    In each workshop, we teach another 'success strategy' to grow your business and help you to get more free time. Part of your learning in the Program will be doing exercises that stretch you and tap into your creativity. These exercises make you dig deep into your business. The answers and insights into these exercises help participants' to make definitive plans, which contributes to accelerating their growth.

    One of the biggest benefits of the workshop is the group energy. The energy of a group of passionate, enthusiastic entrepreneurs who are committed to growing, learning and supporting each other is superb. This energy makes each workshop dynamic. The energy charges up the group. The energy of the group is one of the main reasons we designed the Program with such an emphasis on a full day workshop every quarter.

• How much does the Program cost?

  • The investment in the Program is only $249 per month, for one year.

    There is also a one-time fee of $395. This includes a Personal Developmental Profile (PDP). Every new member into our Program completes this detailed Profile. This gives us an excellent insight into your personality – your strengths, your likes, dislikes and learning style. The results are shared in person, during our first one-on-one coaching session.

    When you are reviewing the price, we always mention to new client's that a better way to look at the 'price' of the Program is to think of it as an 'investment'.

• Who started Results Driven?

  • The Program was started by John Marshall.

    After obtaining his business degree, John started his career with Procter & Gamble. While there, he received excellent training. He enjoyed his time at P&G, but deep down he knew he was more of an entrepreneur than a corporate person.

    He decided he wanted to expand his entrepreneurial experience. His dream was to see as much of the world as he could in 5 years.

    To finance his dream he became an International Tour Director leading coach tours through Europe, Scandinavia and The Soviet Union. When the tour season was finished each year, he did personal travelling. This allowed him to visit The Middle East, Africa, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

    During this 5 year journey, he met entrepreneurs from all over the world. He had many exciting, fascinating and dynamic conversations and experiences.

    He also heard stories of entrepreneur's struggles and challenges in capturing new opportunities. This international entrepreneur experience and education reinforced his idea to one day design a Program to help entrepreneurs succeed. Before Results Driven was launched, it was carefully designed from years of experience helping businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Canada, the U.S., Europe and the U.K.

    The seeds of the Results Driven Program began years ago as he travelled the world, and today The Program is reality.

    The Results Driven Program has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs to not only grow their business, but has helped them to grow personally and professionally.

    When the Results Driven Program is not being delivered to entrepreneurs across North America, you might see John giving speeches at various Chambers of Commerce, Boards of Trade, and Association events or even at local colleges.

    Today, Results Driven is located on the west coast. There are plans, however, for Results Driven offices across North America and eventually in the U.K. and Australia.

• If I can't attend the workshop what can I do?

  • We recommend that you make every effort to be at the workshop. We realize that things come up and you can't always be there.

    Since we often have other scheduled workshops, you might be able to attend another one, if the dates are close. If that is not possible, we will arrange a personalized coaching call, so you'll be kept on track. Where ever possible, we highly recommend you to try to attend the workshop.

• What types of entrepreneurs join?

  • In our Program, we work with individuals from over 22 different industries. Your fellow participants could be financial planners, chiropractors, consultants, coaches, engineers, manufacturers, solo entrepreneurs, graphic designers or professionals in service industries. Although their businesses are different, their goals are similar. They know their business is capable of more - a lot more.

    These entrepreneurs are like you. They've been on seminars, taken courses, read a lot of books, but they know something is missing.

    They realize that the seminars and other teachings are helpful, but only a few days afterwards, they're back facing their same situation.

    The 'something' they are missing is ongoing and regular support. It's being part of a Program that keeps them focused, challenged and accountable, while also learning new ideas to help them achieve greater success.

    When the entrepreneurs hear about our Program, our ideas and system resonates with them. They see that our Program is not a onetime event or a quick fix. They like the structure of the Program.

    They thoroughly enjoy the quarterly meetings, the one-on-one coaching, the bi-monthly calls, and having a success partner alongside of them.

• What are the qualifications to join?

  • To qualify in the Results Driven Program you must be an entrepreneur – a business owner; professional in your own practice; solo entrepreneur, or a commissioned sales person. You have been in business for at least one full year, and it's a full time position.

    If you are only starting your business, or thinking of starting a business, we have another option. It's not part of this Program, so please contact our office.

• How long is the Program?

  • The Program is three years, but it's broken down into one year increments. We designed the Program to help all entrepreneurs achieve greater results. To get these results, it takes time. If you put in the time, the rewards will be incredible. This Program and its system will change your habits, mind set, confidence and creativity, and you'll benefit from it for the rest of your life.

    In the Program, we're teaching you new ideas and concepts and a clearly defined success system. Our Program, for example, helps you to make major beneficial changes in your allocation of time. You learn how to focus on your future vision. You're taught how to deepen your client relationships; maximize your uniqueness; develop revenue more effectively; develop new habits and gain more creativity and focus.

    Every year the Program is designed to give you the support and encouragement to help you succeed further. As the Program progresses, you develop relationships with members who are facing similar situations that you're experiencing in your business. You'll find this very valuable. You're with a group of people who understand and can relate to you. You support each other, you encourage each other, you motivate one another, and you grow within the Program.

• What support will I get between workshops?

  • Between workshops, we have a lot of support to help you on your entrepreneurial journey.

    There are three main support pillars. 1. One-on-One Coaching 2. Bi-Weekly Group Conference Calls 3. Success Partner Assigned To You

    One-on-one coaching:

    Between every quarterly meeting, you'll receive one private one-on-one coaching consultation session. We'll be focused just on your situation. We'll talk about your issues and your opportunities. This consultation will help you to stay focused on your business.

    Bi-Weekly Conference Calls:

    Every second week, we have a conference call just for our members. This call will keep you motivated, passionate and on track.

    Success Partner:

    We'll also assign you a 'success partner'. This concept is a very powerful and important part of our Program. The two of you will arrange a convenient time to talk to each other. You'll help and support each other through your entrepreneurial journey.
