Assignment Overview: We worked with the Owners and Partners directly. During our bi-quarterly conference calls, we helped this IT company become more business growth focused and revenue driven. We also helped design and implement a strategy targeting their tier 1 accounts. We also assisted them in designing a successful strategy, to convert inquiries from their web site into new clients.

Our training also focused on developing a detailed business growth strategy working with two Fortune 500 accounts in the U.S. The combined revenue potential for these opportunities was six-figures.
